This software is managed and approved the Ministry of Health and is considered secure and private. The Ministry is encouraging the use of this program at this time
What You Need to Have a Virtual Visit
1- An Internet Connection
2- A smart phone with the app “Infinity Connect” downloaded from your app Store OR a computer with a camera/microphone installed or connected
3- An Email Address (you can set your email address in our records when booking online appointments)
How Visits Work
1-At the time of the appointment or shortly before, you will receive an email with a link
2-Clicking the link in the email, you will be taken to a screen, where you will see yourself
3-Click “video” – you will then be connected to me
